How to rewrite text in spoken language form automatically

I write quite a lot in my line of work — and I record podcasts. When I have a script to read while recording, I want that to sound less formal than when I write.
So, I have to rewrite the text. Or, I could have my computer do that automatically.
I just found out how — using a software called Keyboard Maestro for OS X.
