Are you making the same mistake as far too many others?
Everyone who works in Microsoft 365 has access to the apps To-Do, Planner, and OneNote, but I often see them being used for the wrong things.
That makes everything messy and unnecessarily complicates the user’s work.
Beware of the trap!
I don’t think you should have to fall into that trap, so let me share my view here on what you’re best off using these apps for.
